DOUBLE CHAMBER OFF-LOADER
This Double Chamber Isolator was
designed specifically for off loading micronised
material. Material product from the Microniser is
discharged through the top chamber of the Isolator via a
spool piece into 100 litre drums in the bottom chamber
using a 'bottle shaped' inner liner. The drum is
positioned on a weigh platform prior to use and once the
discharged product is complete, and offloaded weight is
correct the inner liner is evacuated of air and
fastened. The inner liner is then fastened inside the
outer liner positioned in the drum. The Isolator is
designed to work under a negative pressure |

OFF-LOADING CONTAINMENT SYSTEM
Two Isolator systems utilized to
close couple one chamber to the face of the centrifuge
and the other to the discharge outlet. The first
Isolator is termed the Heinkel Centrifuge Isolator, the
second a Double Chamber Offload (Pack Off) Isolator.
