AUTOCLAVE Isolator
The Autoclave Isolator is a Single
chamber glove box with Locally Controlled Environment (LCE)
directly coupled to an Autoclave Oven at the unloading
area.
The system has HEPA filters on inlet and exhaust air and
panel Hepa filters providing internal LAF. The Isolator
construction is from 316L Stainless steel.
This Isolator device is designed specifically for use as
a sterile unloading and assembly station for parts &
equipment from the Autoclave to the filling line.
The device is also fitted with a Rapid Transfer Port on
the access door for transfer of small parts and canister
internals to / from the Isolator. |

protection during the tablet coating process with a low
OEL. The units provided are self-contained with on board
air handling and an integrated control system. The
Isolator has been designed to provide operator and
environmental protection during the coating and transfer

TRAY DRIER
The Tray Drier Isolator is a
triple chamber device, close coupled to the face of the
Drier. It has a Locally Controlled Environment (LCE)
system consisting of an on board exhaust fan, HEPA inlet
filters, HEPA single exhaust and filter. The unit is
fabricated out of 316 stainless steel. The fabrication
is fully welded crack and crevice free to provide a
smooth internal finish.
The device is designed specifically as an environmental
barrier for the Drier to allow access without
compromising the operator. The unit works under negative
pressure between -75Pa to -125 Pa providing a minimum of
20 air changes per hour. |
