Sterility Testing

A range of two-glove, four-glove and half suit Isolators have been manufactured for the safe sterile testing of product using the standard Millipore integral and manifold systems. All units are designed as standard to be periodically surfACE sterilised using Vaporised Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP).

Small mobile transfer Isolators are used for the safe gassing of the external surfACEs of the product containers, on a batch by batch basis using Vaporised Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP).

STERILITY TEST Isolator

A single chamber Isolator system, using either Containment Transfer Systems (CTS) or separate transfer chambers for bringing product/materials into and out of the main chamber.

Fabricated from 316L stainless steel, fully welded, crack and crevice free to give a smooth internal finish. The Isolator has a locally controlled environment
(LCE), incorporating fan, controls, HEPA filters on the inlet and exhaust, valves associated with the sterilisation of the chamber and transfer devices.

Sterilisation of the Isolator is carried out by Vaporised Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP), using the AMSCO VHP gas generator unit.

The system is designed to operate at a positive pressure of between +40-+70pa.
